There are direct flights to Cardiff Airport from Aberdeen, Newcastle, Belfast, London, Edinburgh, Glasgow and other major cities.
The direct rail route to Wales is from London Paddington, Reading, Bath and Bristol to Newport and Cardiff where it's well connected to Swansea, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.
