There’s no need to worry! Our experienced and certified climbing instructors will teach you the basics so that you can try your hand at it.
Black Mountain is synonymous with a wide range of outdoor adventure activities such as paddleboarding, rock climbing, caving, canoeing, kayaking, biking, land carting, archery, abseiling and a lot more. Our instructors are passionate about adventure sports and all of them are certified. We have more than 20 years of experience in outdoor activities and operate a British Canoeing-certified centre offering courses on the River Wye.
If you have prior experience of rock climbing and abseiling, you’ll find our carefully designed packages suitable. Brush up your skills with experienced instructors training participants in small groups.
We offer two sessions per day with each session lasting approximately 2.5 hours. Session timings are as follows:
- Starts - 9:15 a.m.
- Ends - 12:30 p.m.
- Starts - 1:15 p.m.
- Ends - 4:30 p.m.

How to get there
Brecon Beacons has excellent road connectivity with several cities and small towns of north India. There are daily bus services from Cardiff and other places. The place is also well-connected through rail and air network. There are many airports near Cardiff, Bristol, Raf Brioze Norton and Birmingham.
