When to go
All year round
This adventure takes place near Holyhead (Wales), a traditional seaside town. If you’re looking for wild coastal views, fresh sea air and the opportunity to learn about the local area then this is for you.
On the day you can expect your guide to meet you at 9.30 am at your accommodation or at RSPB South Stack. Setting off from there, you will head South along the coastal path, with fabulous views of sea cliffs, Holyhead mountain, lighthouses and traditional farmlands.
This is a place of scientific interest and the guide will share with you his passion for the local area and nuggets of information about the flora and fauna. There will be opportunities to relax in a local cafe or pub for a well earnt group rest stop.
All in all this is a fantastic option because it’s very easy to organize and requires minimal kit or fitness. We recommend you first contact the guide to agree a date, then book your accommodation. Adventure sorted!
An experienced Mountain Leader, Chris Brook has led expeditions across mountains, jungle, desert and sea. But his home has always been Snowdonia. He loves to share his passion for this small corner of the British Isles. Single or multi-day walks with Chris will offer you a unique perspective to this beautiful and historic area. Chris always heads out with his lucky hat, something his doting grandma made him many years back!
Optional extras include pickup from Holyhead if there's just two of you.
Additional days can be booked to explore further areas in Snowdonia (ask the guide).
Please note you have to be 18 years or over to book this adventure (unless accompanied by a parent or guardian).
