Beginners with low fitness
When to go
April to September
This adventure takes place in Newquay (Cornwall), a beautiful seaside town perched on Atlantic cliffs and surrounded by miles of golden sandy beaches. If you’re looking for a fun day out, then exploring the cliffs of Newquay is a must. Get your adrenaline pumping!
On the day you you will meet your guide at their coasteering office in central Newquay. From there you will walk over to the beach to start your wild adventure.
You'll learn the skills needed to climb along the cliffs and negotiate the surf. This will feel wild and badass!
All in all this is a fantastic option because it’s very easy to organise and requires minimal kit (all kit is included) or fitness. We recommend you send the guide a booking. Then they will be in touch to confirm the date. Adventure sorted!
