This adventure takes place near Tring (England), a picturesque market town just outside London. If you’re looking for a city escape, fresh air and cute little villages, then this is for you.

On the day you can expect your guide to meet you at 9.00am at Tring train station. From there you'll set off on a lovely walk to explore the natural surroundings and villages.

The footpaths will take you through ancient woodland and along the chalk hills. Designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there is abundant wildlife, including local fallow deer and red kites. In the spring bluebells and wildflowers carpet the ground. Along the way your guide will share stories about the local area and the history of the region. There are plenty of cosy country pubs to stop in for a hot drink or lunch, a local favourite being the Valiant Trooper.

All in all this is a fantastic option because it’s very easy to travel to and requires minimal kit or fitness. We recommend you contact the guide to agree a date. Adventure sorted!
