Paddle half a mile to idyllic Readymoney Cove before heading towards the leafy inlet of the river Fowey. The trip starts from the quaint village of Durgan.  

Prepare for a journey that is wild and exotic. Explore marine beauty at its best. Enjoy a scenic paddle that’s guaranteed to leave you enchanted. If you’re enamoured by the idea of spending long, tranquil hours in water, a kayaking trip is exactly what you need. 

The minimum age requirement for this activity is 7 years. Children below the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent /guardian.

Gylly Adventure

We are situated on the magical Gyllyngvase Beach, a short walk from Falmouth Town Center. Gylly Adventures offers a range of activities from Coasteering to Kayaking, Stand Up Paddle boarding (SUPing) and Equipment Hire. Our focus is to provide safe, fun, adventurous activities, that allow you to discover and explore all that Falmouth has to offer.

There are six kayaking packages to choose from. These include:

  6. Coastal Explorer

These trips are available in group sizes of 4-6, or 6-12 people. All equipment required for kayaking will be provided by Gylly Adventure.

From major cities in the UK

Falmouth is well connected to all major cities in the UK. It is accessible by car, train and coach.


The Great Western Rail plies from London, South Wales and the Cotswolds to Cornwall. Cross-country trains are also available. 


Coach services are available to Falmouth from destinations across the UK. There are also connecting services to Cornwall from Bristol, Birmingham and London. 


The M4, M5 and M6 motorways are simple and straightforward routes to Cornwall. 


The place is also accessible by flight. The Newquay Cornwall Airport is connected to all major airports in the country.
