Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) is an activity that an ever increasing number of people find provides the perfect blend of gentle exercise in a natural setting and relaxation. You can visit Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the Gower or Snowdonia to explore the rugged coastline and wilderness via paddleboard.  Wales is one of the best paddle boarding destinations in the UK.

Daniel and Heleen were always drawn to the idea of being their own boss. After working several years with different companies in event management, they gave up thriving careers to chase their dream of doing something challenging and different, leading to the inception of Big Blue Adventure.

Our SUP locations are Newgale Beach, Solva and Lowertown Fishguard. You are not required to have previous SUP experience to join.

How to get there

By car

It is easy to reach Cardiff Bay by following the signs and directions along the road. The signs are in Welsh but don't worry because they are also in English!

By bus

Reaching Cardiff Bay area is easy and various public transport options such as bus and train are available. Buses 6, 7 and 8 to the Cardiff Bay area at regular intervals.
